Today we learned about VERBS.                  

~A frog jumps into a pool

He drive a car               

jumps and drive is a VERBS 

jog   jogged   jogged 

study studied  studied 

live  lived    lived

eat   ate      eaten 

Non Action Verbs   

linking verbs : express sentences ~ 

* im smelling the food  (x)   

im smell the food   

 cant put 'ing'   look, know, touch 

Be Verbs  

* am, is, are, was, were, had, been, have been, had been.

it was eaten by someone 

Regular Verbs ~ accept   add   admit   balance   beg   behave   enjoy   surround   walk   satisfy

Irregular Verbs ~ beat   below   cost   sell   drink   meet   put   feed   eat   pay

Auxiliary Verbs ~ add more flavour to the verbs    e.g ; can, could, will, would, shall,        should, may, might, ought to, had better.
